1.1. This Public Offer Agreement (hereinafter — the Agreement) is a public agreement under Articles 633, 634, 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine and contains all material terms for the provision of online education services.

1.5. The Provider is entitled to amend the Agreement without prior notice. The new version takes effect upon publication on the website. Customers who paid for the service before the changes were made are served under the terms in effect at the time of payment.
2.1. The Provider undertakes to grant the Customer paid remote access to the online course "Первая ступень" ("First Step") (and/or other Groward Academy courses), and the Customer undertakes to pay for these services in the manner established by this Agreement.

2.3. The course does not include: personal one-on-one consultations with the Provider, product development on the Customer's behalf, guarantees of any specific financial outcome, or technical support for third-party services (Claude, Netlify, etc.).
2.4. The learning format is self-paced: the Customer progresses through the course at their own pace during the access period.
3.1. The Agreement is considered concluded from the moment the Customer makes payment for the selected course — in full or in part (if an installment plan is available). This constitutes acceptance of the offer within the meaning of Art. 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.
3.2. By making a payment, the Customer confirms:

4.1. The cost of the "First Step" course is $9 USD (nine US dollars). For payments in hryvnia, the official NBU exchange rate on the date of payment applies.
4.2. The Provider reserves the right to change course pricing. Price changes do not affect already-paid orders.

4.4. Payment is deemed made at the moment funds are credited to the Provider's account or the transaction is confirmed by the payment system.
4.5. All processing of the Customer's payment data is handled exclusively by payment service providers (WayForPay, PayPal) in accordance with the PCI DSS standard. The Provider does not store bank card data.
5.1. Course access is granted for 12 (twelve) months from the activation date. The Provider may extend the access period at its own discretion at no extra cost.
5.2. Access is granted solely to the Customer personally. Sharing login credentials, passwords, or access links with third parties is prohibited. If detected, the Provider may block access without refund.
5.3. Course materials (video recordings, texts, templates) are the intellectual property of the Provider and are protected by copyright. Copying, distribution, or resale without the Provider's written permission is prohibited under the Law of Ukraine "On Copyright and Related Rights".
5.4. A stable internet connection and a modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) are required to access the course. The Provider does not guarantee connection quality on the Customer's end.
5.5. The Provider reserves the right to update, expand, or modify course materials. A material reduction in the volume of materials entitles the Customer to a refund under Section 7.
5.6. Video lessons for the "First Step" course are delivered in Russian. The website interface and support are available in Ukrainian and/or another language of the Customer's choosing.

The Customer is entitled to a full refund for the "First Step" course within 3 (three) business days from the moment access to the learning platform was granted — solely if access to the platform was technically non-functional (the platform would not open, videos would not play, or critical technical failures made it impossible to take the course).
7.2. Refunds are not issued when the reason for the request is subjective dissatisfaction with the course content, presentation format, or unmet expectations — materials are considered consumed from the moment access to the Personal account is granted.
7.3. To initiate a refund, send a request to info@groward.pro within the stated period, with the subject line "Refund Request", stating the email used at checkout and a description of the technical issue. Requests are reviewed within 5 (five) business days; funds are returned via the original payment method.
7.4. Refund terms for other Groward Academy courses and tiers (where applicable) are defined separately on the relevant product pages and may differ from the terms of this section.
8.1. By accepting this offer, the Customer consents to the processing of their personal data (name, email address, learning progress data) in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" (No. 2297-VI dated 01.06.2011).
8.2. Purpose of processing: identifying the Customer, granting course access, communicating about the learning process, and sending informational materials about the Provider's products.
8.3. Data is stored on Supabase servers (EU region). Personal data is not shared with third parties without the Customer's consent, except as required by law.
8.4. For residents of the EU and EEA countries, personal data processing is also carried out in accordance with the GDPR (EU) 2016/679. The legal basis for processing is contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
8.5. The Customer has the right to: access their data, request its correction or deletion, and withdraw consent to processing — by sending a request to info@groward.pro. Deletion of data results in termination of course access.

9.1. The parties are released from liability for failure or improper performance of obligations if caused by force majeure circumstances: natural disasters, military actions, cyberattacks, legislative prohibitions, or failures of payment systems or the Internet beyond the parties' reasonable control.
9.2. A party affected by force majeure must notify the other party within 5 (five) business days. If the force majeure cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may terminate the Agreement.
9.3. Force majeure may be confirmed by a certificate from the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry or another official document.
10.1. The Provider is liable for the quality of services rendered in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and applicable Ukrainian law.
10.2. The Provider's total liability to the Customer is limited to the amount actually paid by the Customer for the relevant course.
10.3. The Provider is not liable for:
10.4. The Customer is liable for damages caused to the Provider as a result of breaching the Agreement's terms, including unlawful distribution of course materials.
11.1. The Agreement takes effect upon acceptance (payment) and remains in force until the parties fully perform their obligations or it is terminated.

11.3. In the event of cessation of activity, the Provider undertakes to notify Customers at least 30 days in advance and refund a proportional share of the payment for the unused access period.
12.1. All disputes and disagreements arising in connection with the performance of this Agreement shall be resolved by the parties through negotiation.
12.2. The period for reviewing a complaint is 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt. Complaints are sent to info@groward.pro.
12.3. If agreement cannot be reached, the dispute is referred to a court at the Provider's place of residence in accordance with Ukrainian law.
12.4. This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. The application of conflict-of-law rules that would lead to the application of another country's law is excluded.
